Governance means the rules and accounts for who can put what into which AI system. It's the part most people skip, so it comes first.
Weekly working sessions. You're at the keyboard for enough of it that you can change it later. Some of it won't use AI at all.
Someone on your team runs a full cycle without me, while I watch. That's the test the engagement has to pass. The skills and docs are packaged as yours.

Before we meet, you send me the thing — the report you rebuild every month, the process nobody wants to own — and I build the session around it. One on one or a small group. By the end you've done it once, on your own files, and you have the written version to do it again. If you already have the tools and what's missing is a team that uses them, this is the door. Paid, scoped to your team's size and what you bring. I don't run generic training.
A new website, an intake form, the reporting nobody wants to consolidate by hand. I do the full build, wired into the systems you already pay for, and hand it over with a plain-language interface and the written version of how it works. Your staff runs it after I'm gone, no engineers required. Scoped and priced per phase, so the number depends on what we agree to build.
Governance first, then 25 tools built with their staff and 7 switched on out of the box — 3 of them plain automation with no AI. Every one is run by their own team.
